Summer Season Launch 1-2 December

The Summer Season Launch on 1-2 December, is the perfect taste of what Mt Stirling has to offer this summer. Enjoy a pleasant walk on gently winding tracks through Alpine ash forest or participate in a horse trail ride and see Mt Stirling from a different perspective. The activities don't stop there, click here for the full weekend line up.

If your a keen mountain bike rider, head to Mt Buller to watch Round 2 of Shimano Enduro Asia Pacific Continental Series. This event will see the best Enduro riders converge on Mt Buller's trails to earn points towards the global tour.

Camping in the High Country

Have you ever wondered what an authentic alpine camping experience is like? Mt Stirling has huts located all over the resort that are open and available for day-use or overnight stays year-round – no bookings required! This is the summer for adventure, so if its been a bucket list item for a long time, this is the season to check it off!

We are expecting another hot summer, and with this heat comes a high fire danger season. A reminder that camp fires are only permitted in established and formalised camp fire pits (Razorback Hut, Howqua Gap Hut, etc.). Lighting of fire outside of these is an offence. If you are staying overnight in a hut, please adhere to bushfire warnings.

120km of trail network opens

Our 120km world-class trail network will open for bikers, runners and walkers, ensuring some of the best riding (and running and walking) in the country. It’s been a long time between rides (or runs, or walks) and the trails are in pristine condition. There’s never been a better time to ride!

All trails are expected to open on 1-2 December for Summer Season Launch.
